CHAFING DISH USER GUIDE

Chafing dishes are commonly used to serve hot buffets to keep food piping hot.  The chafing dishes we supply operate on wet heat only.  This means you always make sure there is sufficient water in the water pan.

To avoid burning the water pans, please make sure that:

  • You fill in water in the water pan before you light the fuel underneath them.
  • Fill in water at least half-way as long as the food pan does not float.
  • Always replenish water to at least halfway
  • Use burner dampers to extinguish the flame when you finish service.

MANUAL FILL WATER BOILER USER GUIDE

Using this water boiler is simple plug in and you are ready to go.

However, fill it up first before plugging it in.

WHAT YOU MUST NOT DO

1. DO NOT plug in and turn on the boiler when it is empty.

2. DO NOT run it dry during service.

3. DO NOT allow limescale build-up.

Any of the above situations will cause the boiler to not boil the water.  However, this does not mean it is faulty, but the boiler simply locks off for safety.

To reboot, the system, toggle the reset button which is located underneath the vessel. If you reset the boiler and did not work, please contact us immediately.
