Chafing Dishes/Gastronomy Equipment

Also available in the equipment description is written instructions and video to guide you through.  As the customer, you are responsible for the proper care and use of the equipment. It is your responsibility to educate your caterers on how to use the equipment properly. Most importantly, avoid burning the water pans by;

  • Not lighting the chafing fuel underneath empty water pan
  • Not running them dry during the service. Always check water and replenish accordingly.

Electrical and Hydro-electrical Equipment

  • Manual fill water boiler:

Upon collecting the equipment, make sure it is tested and you can see it is working. However, if you fill up the boiler, plugged it in, but it is not starting, the reset button is at the bottom.

  • Buffalo soup kettle:

This equipment operates with hydro-electrical electrical energy. Therefore, you MUST put water (approx. 600ml or up to the marked level) into the tank before plugging it in for your own safety and to avoid burning the equipment.  During your service, always check the water level during the service to avoid running it dry.

  • Ice Making Machine:
