Welcome to Party Equip UK, a family owned catering equipment rental service in Coventry.  We supply food display equipment, buffet chafing dishes, drink dispensers, manual fill water boilers, soup kettles, cutlery, crockery, dinner plates, glassware and accessories. We are online based rental service with no shop or shop front.  Therefore, we do not run a walk-in service.  All equipment collection and/or equipment return including delivery service is strictly by appointment.  For that reason, customers must check our Bookings Calendar prior to completing any booking forms.  Please check the Ordering Process page on how to reserve equipment for hire.

BUSINESS HOURS

Monday-Saturday 09:30AM-07:00PM and Sunday 09:30AM-02:00PM.  However, we will respond to texts, WhatsApp/Telegram messages, emails and Contact Us ticket enquiries till 11:45PM everyday including UK bank holidays.  

BOOKINGS CALENDAR

The Bookings Calendar informs when equipment can be collected or returned to us, including delivery service. It is also during this time that we can answer direct calls to mobile and landline. Therefore, when you call leave us a clear mesage and we will call you back as soon as possible. Otherwise contact us by other means available.
