When to make payment:
Once you receive your invoice, we expect a full payment to be received within 5 days before the collection/delivery date. We can only start preparing your order and reserve equipment for you ONLY after we receive payment.
For orders placed less than 5 days before collection date, payment is expected on the same day you receive your invoice. Therefore, if there are any necessary changes to the invoice, they MUST be done and submitted to us on the same day.
How to make payment

Any issues faced when trying to pay your invoice, please let us know as soon as possible. Once your payment is cleared, we will send you a receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: When equipment is hired from us, we charge a Refundable Deposit (RD) of which the customer gets back upon returning the equipment. Therefore, when you use this method to pay your invoice, you will get your RD instantly into your bank account.
