Returning Chafing dishes / Gastronomy equipment

We strongly recommend that when you return chafing dishes, the water pans ARE NOT stacked up. Otherwise they get easily jammed in and getting damaged in the process of unstacking them. Their sharp edges can cause injury e.g. cuts or lacerations to anyone in the process of pulling them apart. Therefore, with due respect, please return them arranged in the same manner you would have received them. If you are not sure, please ask us.

Lost /Damaged Equipment

Damage can occur when equipment is not used or handled properly causing dents/defects/burn-outs/rust, etc. Please click here for recommendations on proper use of chafing/gastronomy equipment.
